Where do we deliver?

Cannabis Masters delivers all cannabis and non-cannabis products to North York, York, Vaughan, Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Old Toronto. We are working on reaching out to our customers beyond these locations.

When do we deliver to your doorstep?

 

Delivery Hours

• ​Monday to Friday: 9 am - 8 pm

• ​Saturday & Sunday: 10 am - 9 pm

 

In-Store Pickup Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9 am - 9:30 pm

• ​Friday & Saturday: 9 am - 10:30 pm

• Sunday: 10 am - 9:30 pm

What do we offer other than delivery?

 

We also offer Click n collect cannabis store pickup at our 195 Millwick drive store.

What is our return policy?

​

We don't accept returns.

​

What are the delivery charges?

​

Delivery charges vary for different locations and delivery regions from the store. The delivery cost will be calculated automatically.

What is your refund policy and why did my order get canceled?

​

Store Pickup :

• Cash-only orders not picked up on the same day will be canceled at the end of the day.

• Orders paid with debit/credit card should be picked up within 48 hours of ordering. The orders will be canceled and a refund will be issued back to the customer(s).

​

Delivery orders will be canceled:

• If the customer doesn't show up.

• The customer is not carrying a Valid Id and debit/credit card for verification.

What are payment options available at the store and for delivery?

​

• Same-Day Delivery - Payment for all cannabis and non-cannabis products has to be done by Credit/Debit card.

• Store Pick-up - orders can be paid by Cash, Credit/Debit card.

• Please always carry a valid ID to be shown to the Store staff or Delivery person. Customers without an ID will not be entertained.

• Orders must be picked up by the person (19+) named on order. ID and Credit/Debit card used must also match the information on the order. This requirement also applies to deliveries.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
